OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE BACKSTREET BOYS CRUISE TWITTER CAMPAIGN
By entering or participating in the BACKSTREET BOYS CRUISE GIVEAWAY CONTEST (the "Contest"), you will agree to ALL of the following rules.

How to Enter. Enter the Contest on-line by going to http://www.backstreetboys.com, click on campaign, select the BACKSTREET BOYS CRUISE TWITTER CAMPAIGN, Click on the "Signup To This" button under the  Fan Club section section and follow the directions to submit an entry, (provided that you have logged in to http://www.backstreetboys.com). Any error or omission in the information on the Entry Form void the entry. Limit one entry per person. If multiple entries are received from any person, only one entry will qualify for the random drawing. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules.

Eligibility. The Contest is open anyone 21 years of age or older, who are members of the Backstreet Boys "BSB" Website. Proof of age may be required. Employees of Ground Ctrl, LLC ("Ground Ctrl, LLC"), Prospect Park, Rose Tours,  and their affiliates, employees of any prize sponsor and its affiliates, and members of such employees' immediate families or households are ineligible to participate in this Contest.

Prize Deadlines. All entries for the Contest must be received by Ground Ctrl, LLC on or before: 9/16/2011 3:00:00 PM pacific. Winner will be selected from a random drawing scheduled to be held TWO (2) days after the deadline.

Winner Selection and Notification. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Any attempted second entry shall be discarded, and the entrant may be disqualified from the Contest. All drawings will be conducted under the supervision of Ground Ctrl. The decisions of Ground Ctrl are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Entries are the property of Ground Ctrl and will not be returned. Entrants need not be present at the drawing to win a prize. Winner will be notified by phone, e-mail, vial Backstreetboys.Com messaging or United States mail. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made within ONE (1) business days of Ground Ctrl's first attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes. Stated values represent approximated retail cost.

Grand prize winners will receive the following: (Value: $2,676.00)

TWO (2) Passes for the Backstreet Boys Cruise departing from Miami Florida on December 2nd. 

ONE (1) Ocean View Cabin on the Backstreet Boys Cruise for 2 people.

Winner will be responsible for all ground transportation, taxes, and all other accommodations.
General Conditions. This Contest is void where and to the extent prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws, including, without limitation, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. In the event of non-compliance by any winner with the official rules of this Contest, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in a disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes will be awarded. Except where legally prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Ground Ctrl to use each winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state) and testimonials, in printed, broadcast or other media, whether now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, in any manner it deems appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other Contest and/or promotion sponsored by it, without further compensation to the winner.

Releases. By participating, entrants agree that Ground Ctrl, those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this Contest and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion (hereinafter collectively called "Promoters"), shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this Contest, including entry and participation in this Contest and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating to such entrant's participation in this Contest, such entrant will indemnify and hold Promoters harmless from and against any and all such claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees related thereto. Promoters shall not be liable for entries that are delayed, lost, misdirected, misdelivered, incorrect or incomplete, and such entries will be not be eligible for this Contest. Promoters shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment or software; program malfunctions or other failures; delayed computer transactions or network connections; any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to the computer of any entrant or any other person related to or resulting from downloading any part of this Contest. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Contest will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Ground Ctrl reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the proper administration or security of the Contest. Ground Ctrl reserves the right to modify the rules of the Contest in any way or at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given. All taxes on any prize won are the sole responsibility of each winner, including, without limitation, any federal, state, or local taxes which may be deemed applicable in such winner's jurisdiction of residence. This Contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America. By participating in this contest, entrants agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of California shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Contest and that venue for such litigation shall be only in the Circuit Court for the City of Sacramento, California.

Rules/Winners List. A list of winners names may be posted on http://www.backstreetboys.com within 5 days of each drawing. Street, Suite 200, Sacramento, Ca 95814. Specify "winners list" or "rules" on your request. WA and VT residents may omit return postage.
