@blended blush: A call? Who told you they're gonna call people who bought VIPs and tell them about the time of VIP collecting?
I've never heard anout them calling anyone about it, and I've been here for 7 years lol.
I emailed groundctrl in a flap earlier. I now have a reply:
Thank you for contacting ground(ctrl) support.
The VIP check-in time for your event is between 3:00 and 3:30pm. Please bring a photo ID and meet at the main box office, the VIP coordinator will meet you there.

I do have to say I'm not a happy camper about this. To be told I was to receive a call and then to find out there was going to be no call, just an email that never arrived: to researching times from previous VIP, scanning twitter and emailing the company praying the time differences would meet up!
I can't believe a time isn't organised yet. I have to travel tomorrow to the venue as we live over 2 hours away by rail. I may not have access to the internet to check the time. I think its quite poorly organised considering how much people spend to see BSB. I have never been to any event when they leave it this late in the day to let people know.
any info?? I will go tomorrow in the morning to pick up the tickets and I will ask there... This is unbelievable... they should send and e-mail or something.... but nothing!
