I have had my Birmingham ticket which I purchased from the ticket factory, that came several week ago.
Rula, the VIP will be given to you at the arena. Ground Control will post a time to be at the arena (normally the box office) a day or so before the concert. Look at the tour section for updates. You will have time to pick up your concert ticket before the concert. Do not worry.
I'm going to the concert on my own and have a Platinum VIP too so I'll see you there. Can't wait, but it will be my third and final concert of the tour so also a bit sad x
hi, i bought two tickets and two platinum VIPs on the fan club presale for this concert back in october but im starting to stress out as i've never used the fanclub to buy tickets before and its my first time on VIP so if anyone can help with my questions i'd be sooo grateful...
the tickets and vips are 'will call' delivery which i think means pick up on the day but lg arena say they only open an hour before the concert and therefore wont be open for us to collect vip tickets any earlier ...so help where do we pick our tickets up from?
anyone know the time of the concert and the vip event?
anyone know if the vip event is at lg arena too?

I'm about to buy a Platinum VIP package for the NKOTBSB concert but I have a few important questions before:
- I bought a standing ticket, can I without any problem buy a Platinum VIP package or is it only for people having a tribune seat?
- If I can buy my Platinum vip package, does the VIP ticket give access to the concert hall before the doors open to the non-VIP audience? Or do we come in at the same time as the others?
- I'll come with a friend who can't afford to buy a VIP package. But during the concert can she join me in the concert hall (she has a standing ticket as I do) or are there different places for the platinum VIPs?

Hi. I bought a normal concert ticket for bham show a while ago before i even knew about vip's. And i recently bought a Gold vip but now im worried. Do i need to buy anything else to get into the vip?
