    I am just going to take my original e-mail and screen print and my photo id. I have not had anything else since I booked. I am sure this will suffice. See you there! :0) x

    Hi ive just read a post that says you need to take your confirmation email with you for the vip passes, is this true, im freaking out as i no longer have the email! others have said you just need photo id, if anyone knows please get back to me coz im like i said im a lttle worried! thanks x

    Hey, I know you have to be at the MEN Arena for 3pm for the VIP Upgrade, I was just wondering if anyone has had an email confirming the time or anything? Could anybody let me know if they have? Thanks!

    Got an email from ticketmaster today saying tickets changed to be picked up from box office instead of being dispatched.. probably because of postal strikes, hopefully will all work out! Also.. looks like it says turn up by 3pm if you've VIP upgraded and collect tickets there with photo ID... anyone know different?? Becky

    i think the time come on soon at the top of this page cause the earlier vip are.but you need your id eg passport or something else.plus you need to print of your order form.hope that help you.

    Dont think you get tix for VIP i didnt last year. Your name is put on the list, but you should get an email with the time you should be there . Dont even get me started on the premium tix, rang wednesday they said they were waiting for he promoters to send them, so to be sure im changing mine to be picked up from the arena x
