I got mine through this website and following the link for the buy tickets for Birmingham, you get taken to the Ticketmaster website and there are two package options, a normal ticket package and a premium package, I chose the premium package for £75.00 the premium package includes a programme, t-shirt and guaranteed front row seats for the first ten rows. It might be worth having a look to see if there are any premium packages left I've got my fingers crossed for you :-)
