@Asia: I was in the same situation, I wrote to ticketmaster and they told me that my tickets haven't been dispatched yet so I need to collect them at the box office...

Yes my tickets were regular so maybe that's why I've had them through. At least if it's showing that they're not dispatched then you know they haven't got lost in the post.
