Try to send them an email and ask if you can pick up the tickets at the box office at the Jahrhunderthalle the day the concert is. Or you buy a seating tickets via fanclub.
but there is 'CHILE' when u register a new account.
There is 'LAND' and a drop drown menu which includes 'chile'!
