i called them and the guy was so nice, he reassured me that my seat numbers were indeed the ones i bought regardless of the fact that i had no confirmation email about the seat/row he told me there was nothing to worry and that all tickets purchased through fc were "will call" and therefore the details on emails stating UPS as delivery method was to be ignored... hope this helps, if not give them a call, even to reassure yourselves kisses to you all and hope we all get sorted, soon!
If there's too many messages for current staff to do deal with... then get more staff, don't just make us sit around glued to our computer screens all day waitng for a response that doesn't happen. we all have our own lives to get on with too, and yes we are nobodies in the grand scheme of the show biz industry but we deserve to be treated with respect and get what we've paid for come on guys we need support badly!

right what the hell's going on here, i have just found out my dublin tickets although paid for may not actually be available WTF?
I have emailed their support address three times. I want a refund as the tickets in my cart when I payed for them are not the tickets which were emailed to me on receipt. I've asked them for a refund and they have refused to answer any of my emails. This is ridiculous. What is going on?? Doesn't this site have customer care???????!!!!! I'm shocked. I've never experienced such disregard for customers before.
