You will need a code for these presales. If you are already a fan club member, you will receive a unique code to the email address on your fan club account after midnight the night before the presale to use on the ticketmaster purchase page.

In the meantime we wish to make our fans aware that it has come to our attention that some unauthorized events have been advertised using our name and likeness, which make the false promise that we will be in attendance. Backstreet would like to expressly warn their fans that unless any concerts or personal appearances are expressly listed here on the official Backstreet Boys website, we have no affiliation with such event and we will not be in attendance.

Backstreet Boys would like to make their fans in Chengdu, China aware that, due to new strict building regulations adopted by authorities since the recent earthquake, they will be unable to use their full stage production for tonight’s performance. In addition, the sight lines for the performance will likely be affected for some of the fans by the new regulations. Although the changes are intended to maintain the safety of all attendees and although Backstreet have no control over the new regulations, they regret any inconvenience caused to the fans and ask that they contact the promoter BAC Productions, regarding any issues that arise.
We will have a presale on Wednesday, May 29th at 7am local venue time for the concert at Comerica Theatre in Phoenix, AZ on September 5th. Tickets will be sold via Ticketmaster.com. You will need a code for the Phoenix presale. You will receive a unique code to the email address on your fan club account after midnight tonight to use on the ticketmaster purchase page.

Due to production issues beyond their control, the Backstreet Boys are forced to reschedule their performance in Shenzen, China today. They will look to postpone a new date to return to Shenzen soon to play for their fans there.
