To Those Attending the VIP SC parties...
Hey everyone,
We noticed that there is a lot of talk surrounding some of the VIP packages and exactly what you as fans are entitled to in the VIP experience. We want every single one of you to experience something incredible at the show, and walk away with memories of a lifetime. We offer the VIP packages for this specific reason-- to allow you guys to have this kind of unparalleled experience. Unfortunately, there are always going to be unforeseen factors beyond our control that don't allow every single fan who attends the show to have the same, identical experience. This message should lay out some of those factors, as well as attempt to clear up any misunderstandings that have been going on.
While the Platinum Package includes a backstage tour, never does it promise that it will be given by any member of the band. Tours given by one of the boys are meant to be a special surprise that we are only able to do when the circumstances allow us to do so. This is part of the “and more” bonus of the VIP package. Similarly, having front row access was never promised in the package either, and was also meant to be a special treat. This also goes for additional photos backstage with the band member giving the tour, early access to the merch booth, and a free year long extension on your fan club membership. None of these things were ever a guaranteed part of the package, but a special bonus.
At times, due to situations beyond our control (traffic, production delays, etc), we can't start soundcheck on time and we run into a timing issue regarding when the doors MUST open. In these cases, we give everyone the option to either go on the tour or stay behind and get front row. In Rotterdam, Nick personally asked everyone if they wanted to go on a tour with him. Giving this option fulfills our end of the VIP package. However, everyone chose to leave Nick behind and get front row.
Please understand that we at ground(ctrl) and management always try to do whatever we can to ensure a wonderful fan experience for all of you, and while things may not always go as smoothly as possible due to outside factors, we will always attempt to fulfill, at the very least, the benefits that are listed in the description of the package that you purchase. We would love for everyone to walk away having had a wonderful experience, so we hope this message helps to clear up some of these unfortunate but inevitable issues.
On a final note, we have been having overseas internet difficulties but Justin is working on getting all the SC photos up in a timely manner, as well as the shot that AJ takes while on stage.
With that being said, we hope to see everyone out on tour and hope that everyone has an amazing time at the show!!

But you know, that then the only difference between Platin an Gold is the backstage tour and one yoean FC-Membership - and for that we pay 208$ more than the gold-VIPs. Wow, thats incredible......I think, that a lot of fans buy the Platin because of the "and more".......and now there is no and more......and a backstrage tour without one BOY is no worth the money (160$) But thank you for the fantastic VIP in Zürich, all things were pretty good organized and we had no problems.....hopefully we'll have the same good VIP in Frankfurt=)
Well what i think is sad, is that it cost a lot of money, and many of us have saved for this in a long time. I know the VIP/SC is a seperat arrangement from the concert as the tickets are sold seperatly. But as Maja wrote, we are here in Denmark trying to get front row at the concert after VIP, we have propossed several selutions to this Proplem both to Valby Hallen, ICO concerts and Groundctrl, but it seems that non of you are working together and are passing the proplem around amongst each other.
Some fans did chose for us. Q said that we could chose, front row or backstage, but a few people said front row. I think they had to vote. There were only 25 people so it costs not much time. Yesterday I went to antwerpen. I had gold and I asked justin if I could do the backstage tour. He said that it couldn't because it was sold out. After the soundcheck, with the Q&A, a girl asked if her sister could do the backstage tour in antwerpen, because she couldn't chose because she had seats. The backstreet boys said that she could do the backstage tour there, so she had it yesterday. I'm really happy for her that she had it, but to my justin said there was no place for me at the backstage tour. I was so mad yesterday, that I couldn't enjoy the show for 100% yesterday. I'm still very mad at ground ctrl. Justin said to me, the backstage tour was not a part of the platinum. Why is it on the website then. I'm really dissapointed!!!!!!
Thank you. That's what I was saying all night yesterday in the chat. Nick (Nick, mind you!!) asked the fans if they wanted to the tour or front row. It was their choice. KTBSPA, everyone!!!!

Hi Ground(ctrl) - Thanks for the info and of course there can be some factors that one can't predict - but I and many others really do think that when we pay a lot of money for these VIP tickets - no matter which VIPs packages - we should stand/seat front row. Here in Denmark we are working on how to be guarantered front row when we have VIP. It must be possible to make a "fencing" inside the concert hall for those who have VIP. Again we are paying a lot of money for this.
Thanks so much Vanessa! People would definitly appreciate this more now as there was many disturbance on the vip sc parties where I went but I enjoyed every single moment and the guys including the crew and justin are working sooo very hard every day. God bless them!

I really did not get the time to choose, because everybody was running into the front row in Rotterdam. So the descion was made, but not by me.
And that is what happend.
I thought I was the only one who wanted the tour.....so they didn't have the tour then...
So this is what happend.....in my eyes.....

what does personally mean? i Mean Nick did not come up me to me asking, girl, what do you want? nick was standing gehind Q the whole time untill he came for the group photo... but that's just details
