To Those Attending the VIP SC parties...
Hey everyone,
We noticed that there is a lot of talk surrounding some of the VIP packages and exactly what you as fans are entitled to in the VIP experience. We want every single one of you to experience something incredible at the show, and walk away with memories of a lifetime. We offer the VIP packages for this specific reason-- to allow you guys to have this kind of unparalleled experience. Unfortunately, there are always going to be unforeseen factors beyond our control that don't allow every single fan who attends the show to have the same, identical experience. This message should lay out some of those factors, as well as attempt to clear up any misunderstandings that have been going on.
While the Platinum Package includes a backstage tour, never does it promise that it will be given by any member of the band. Tours given by one of the boys are meant to be a special surprise that we are only able to do when the circumstances allow us to do so. This is part of the “and more” bonus of the VIP package. Similarly, having front row access was never promised in the package either, and was also meant to be a special treat. This also goes for additional photos backstage with the band member giving the tour, early access to the merch booth, and a free year long extension on your fan club membership. None of these things were ever a guaranteed part of the package, but a special bonus.
At times, due to situations beyond our control (traffic, production delays, etc), we can't start soundcheck on time and we run into a timing issue regarding when the doors MUST open. In these cases, we give everyone the option to either go on the tour or stay behind and get front row. In Rotterdam, Nick personally asked everyone if they wanted to go on a tour with him. Giving this option fulfills our end of the VIP package. However, everyone chose to leave Nick behind and get front row.
Please understand that we at ground(ctrl) and management always try to do whatever we can to ensure a wonderful fan experience for all of you, and while things may not always go as smoothly as possible due to outside factors, we will always attempt to fulfill, at the very least, the benefits that are listed in the description of the package that you purchase. We would love for everyone to walk away having had a wonderful experience, so we hope this message helps to clear up some of these unfortunate but inevitable issues.
On a final note, we have been having overseas internet difficulties but Justin is working on getting all the SC photos up in a timely manner, as well as the shot that AJ takes while on stage.
With that being said, we hope to see everyone out on tour and hope that everyone has an amazing time at the show!!

Well.. there are good and bad things about everything... Yeah, it is really, really expensive but I will never want to go to BSB show without VIP... I had a silver one and I had a REALLY amazing experience in Berlin! Thanks to the Boys and to the FC team!
Only thing what I would wish to see... is the advertisement! I saw NO flyers, posters...anything for the Boys... Even AT the Arena... a small pic besides others.... I was really sad about that. :(((((
there would be no way that i would leave nick behind! i chose to have 45 row.. and have a tour with nick..
I Have To Say Im Thinkin' In Buy a VIP, Im saving Money From My Work... I Have To Save Money Cuz I pay My Own School, And I Help A lil' beat at my house with some bills.. so it's been reaally hard right now to save money. I really was thinkin' in get the VIP platinum... why? because i want to have my time with one of the boys :) i would say nick :)but maybe i will have another one.. if.. there is one bsb givin' the tour reading all this have make me think' twice the situation... i really don't know if i would pay a VIP platinum. right now it's been really hard.. i don't know for other people.. but for me it's really expensive, 500 dlls. are like 6 weeks of working saving ALL my money to do the VIP 6 weeks :P it's hard.. really im trying to think positive but i just can't find something that makes me wanna spend those 500 dlls in 1 hour. or buy a LapTop :P or clothes :P lol.. or pay school.. it's hard really
I think I would've given up front row for a tour backstage with Nick, especially if no-one else came along! lol
Sorry ground control but i´ve got to say that i´m very disapointed with management!
I bought the silver vip ( PORTUGAL) and i´ve been with backstreet boys less then 20 sconds....please....it´s not fair...we paid about 210 dollars to 20 seconds (photo session)....it´s ridiculous
We took 2 photos and it only appears 1...where is the other one???...Worse than this is photos appearing with closed eyes which happened to a friend of mine..
Then when we finished the photo session they sent us away very fast like animals...we are fans..true fans not monsters....
It´s sad but it made me think that i will never see the backstreet boys again alive.
Well I couldn't understand why people prefers front row to the Backsstage tour...
Keep in mind it's a unique experience...
And regarding the pics: We will be patients but thanks for telling us guys

i must say that say no to backstage is not despise BSB!!!
I made a big effort of money only for a seconds with them in addition of my ten years being fan!!! travelling, buying cd´s and merchan, voting for them, asking for promotion in radio and tv.
I bought the vip because of the posibility of first row, because the photo and the "meet and greet" are very important to me but are so rapid that i can´t react!! and first row for me is the best!!
It´s very unfair say that we don´t appreciate the boys!! Only for try to enjoy near to this biggest show!!
I had Gold VIP in Antwerp Belgium and I really loved my time with the Boys. I would definatly do it all over again but this time with Platinum....The only thing I regret is that our special time with the boys is to short that is all...But it felt great to be close to them loke that....
They are amazing...I would love to go to the US tour....

but please could the person that organize this think as we do for a moment?
We as fans, put all our effort in saving the money for the souncheck and concert because here there are many persons who have a family and expenses of house have that to do, others we do not work, and also there are girls younger who alone count with what his(her,your) dads at the time give them ... reasoning well the prices ... they are inaccessible for many(many people), it is difficult work to me to believe that our dream make real, it(he) could be so costly....
hope you can understand us too... and PLEASE don't delete our messages, we are just trying to express our feelings
