Hey guys! Hope everyone is doing well! We've been having an amazing time in Brazil. Can't believe it's almost coming to an end. Boo- no more Caipirinha's and BBQ for us!

We just wanted to thank all the beautiful fans in Rio yesterday for the patience and understanding. It was quite a day and we feel terrible for the long wait and having to cancel the soundcheck party.

Just to be clear there were some safety issues with the venue and we were not allowed to enter the venue until everything was cleared and signed off by the building and security. This was not something we chose, it was a necessity for us all to be safe. The local crew worked tirelessly to get everything up and running so we could have a fantastic show (thank you guys!!), but unfortunately that caused us to have to cancel the soundcheck. :-(

Trust us- if we didn't have to do that we wouldn't have, but we couldn't put ourselves and you guys in danger. We were just as disappointed as you guys were.

Like I stated in the show yesterday, if you can make it to Sao Paulo today we will honor your VIP ticket...if not, ground(ctrl) will refund your ticket right away. I know that's not the same as the experience at SC and we feel terrible....but unfortunately that's all we can do. Hope you guys understand the circumstances. We love you all and would never want to hurt you!

Other then that, we hope you had a great time at the show. The Brazilian audiences have rocked....can't wait to see all the other countries on this tour.
